International Association of Women Recognizes Danila Rizo Palmieri as a 2018-2019 Influencer

CHICAGO, September 26, 2018 (Newswire.com) - The International Association of Women (IAW) recognizes Danila Rizo Palmieri as a 2018-2019 Influencer. She is acknowledged as a leader in human resources. Although she was a Chemical Engineer in Brazil, when Danila Rizo Palmieri moved to the U.S. five years ago with her husband, she made the decision to switch career paths and became an Outsourced Human Resources Manager. “I like people and now I love even more to support entrepreneurs, start-ups and small and mid-sized businesses,” she said. “I help them to have their HR strategy in place. I was inspired to do this as I realized there were many Brazilian companies doing business in the U.S. that were in need of a reliable person to support them, help them understand and stay in compliance.”

Now, as CEO of Connect Solutions LLC, Ms. Palmieri helps companies in the U.S. and South America achieve their goals and find success, using her skills in organizational development, change management, integrating management systems and leadership development.
