Watching her parents struggle financially (due to medical reasons) was what motivated Chrystal Williams to pursue a career in financial services. In addition to her professional accomplishments and the accolades she earned working in marketing and sales at financial services firms such as American Capital, AIM Management, and Invesco, it also helped her manage her own finances. “Working in the investment industry for over 25 years has really helped me to focus on how to make my income work for me today, while also planning for my children’s college education and longer-term for retirement,” she said.

This year, Ms. Williams made the bold decision to step out on her own and founded Arbi Solutions. “After a long and successful digital marketing career in corporate America, I decided to go independent and start my own consulting firm, specializing in digital transformation,” she said. “A common fear amongst existing companies is the fear of digital exclusion. Arbi’s core mission is to make sure that our clients are not only well prepared but to assist in the restructuring of a business model that is built to last.”

In her key role, Ms. Williams is responsible for business growth, people development and ensuring Arbi’s tailored-customized solutions achieve highly effective, strategic objectives and business outcomes for clients. She achieves this by using the skills she has honed in strategy planning/development, business analysis, AGILE project management, client relations and decision-making. “I leverage these skills along with my retail, institutional and retirement financial services experience to help my clients solve complex business problems such as business-digital transformation, building high performing client experience-digital teams and successfully implementing operational efficiencies through technology automation, vendor outsourcing, and business process improvements,” Ms. Williams added.

Although it can be challenging to find the time to get everything done, Ms. Williams finds her work extremely gratifying. “Working with my clients to solve problems and experiencing the joy when you not only meet but exceed their expectations is very rewarding,” she said. As she continues to grow her company, Ms. Williams will not lose sight of her ultimate goal: delivering a superb Arbi client experience. “One of the most undervalued experiences in the modern day is that of human interaction,” she said. “At Arbi Solutions, our team emphasizes the importance of giving our clients a personalized, one-on-one consultation; allowing us to not only build long-lasting relationships but to grow along-side our clients and guide them through the path of success every step of the way.”
