Innovative Workshop in the New Analytics of Team Chemistry, by the creators of Teamability®

Teamability, a breakthrough 'technology of teaming', can now be learned through a hands-on Advanced Course in Team Analysis methods and new skills in team leadership.

In three short years since its commercial launch, Teamability® has produced extraordinary business benefits. Now, the concepts and management methods behind this innovative technology are being offered in a 3-day course at The Gabriel Institute in Philadelphia, PA, October 17th through the 19th, 2014.

Teamability is the brainchild of Dr. Janice Presser and Dr. Jack Gerber. It is the product of 25 years of behavioral science research, and 9 years of technology development. It was engineered to identify and organize the different ways that people seek to make meaningful team contributions: the keys to employee engagement and positive team collaboration. Launched in 2012, Teamability has created business value by virtually eliminating new-hire turnover, mending post-merger culture conflicts, re-invigorating a failed lean-manufacturing initiative, and solving other complex business challenges.

"Teamability is a valuable asset to our company as we focus on culture change to facilitate our growth and sustainability in the future. The easily understood, easily translatable, and easily applied 'where the rubber meets the road' tools, insight and support are valuable components of our quest."

Ernie Inmon, Chairman & CEO, U.S. Axle, Inc.

The Advanced Teamability Course gives up to ten business leaders the opportunity to work directly with Dr. Presser, CEO of The Gabriel Institute, and TGI’s COO Mark Talaba, to gain comprehensive exposure to the theory and practice of Team Analysis and related team leadership methods. Past attendees have included C-level and senior executives, project/program managers, business owners, and management consultants.

This course has been approved by HRCI for HR professionals to gain 15 general recertification credits, and Project Mangers to qualify for 15 PDU category B credits.

The three-day seminar costs $1,835.00. However, potential attendees are encouraged to reserve their place by October 7th to receive an early-bird discount. All prospective attendees can sign up for a free two-hour online Introduction to Teamability course, which is also approved for HRCI and PDU credits.
