Ingeo and NetDirector Announce Partnership to Deliver eRecording Automation

Ingeo recently announced an integration partnership with NetDirector that will bring speed, efficiency and cost savings to transaction-based processes associated with the electronic recording of real estate documents.

Ingeo Systems, Inc., the nation's number one provider of electronic document recording technology, and NetDirector, a provider of a leading data exchange for the mortgage banking industry, recently announced an integration partnership that streamlines and automates transaction-based processes associated with the electronic recording of real estate documents. "This alliance between Ingeo and NetDirector brings many advantages to the customers of both companies," said Karl Klessig, Ingeo's CEO. "NetDirector's subscribers now can submit electronic documents into all 340 counties in Ingeo's nationwide network and Ingeo's counties can increase the number of submitters they can service electronically."

Ingeo has integrated its e-recording system with NetDirector's bi-directional interface. The Ingeo/NetDirector integration delivers many benefits to NetDirector's customers, which include mortgage loan servicers, title providers, a national attorney/trustee network, process servers, publications and others. "E-recording through Ingeo provides the highest levels of security, saves time and costs, and improves accuracy," Klessig explained. "This is another example of how business partner alliances bring new levels of automated servicing to submitting customers."

Harry Beisswenger, NetDirector's COO said, "We are pleased to be able to offer eRecording automation to our attorneys, trustees, and other participants. Automating the document recording process offers our subscriber network just another way to streamline their operations. This type of service aligns well with our current document interface portfolio which includes bi-directional processing for all types of mortgage related documents and formats."

Jim DeGaetano, Ingeo's VP of Sales said, ""We are excited about our partnership with NetDirector and see great potential in connecting to their broad subscriber network."
Currently, Ingeo lists as customers eight of the top ten mortgage lenders in the nation plus a majority of the top 30, in addition to many regional and local submitters. Ingeo also has 25 submitting business partners and 35 technology partners on the county side. "This alliance with NetDirector represents another expansion for Ingeo in the paperless recording of mortgage documents," Klessig said.
