Infinity Rehab Celebrates 20 Years at 2019 Symposium

Symposium 2019 by Infinity Rehab

Infinity Rehab is hosting its annual Symposium event May 4-5, 2019 in Portland, Oregon at the Red Lion Hotel on the River Jantzen Beach.

This year, the Infinity Rehab Symposium theme is Can’t Stop the Feeling, in honor of its outstanding clinical achievements and Infinity Rehab’s 20th anniversary.

Team members and clinicians at Infinity Rehab, as well as outside clinicians, attend from different areas throughout the United States. During the weekend-long event, clinicians network and learn by attending courses tailored specifically to them and their daily practice.

The first night of Infinity Rehab’s Symposium concludes with an employee appreciation dinner and awards ceremony. Employees can nominate their fellow team members for four different awards to recognize them for impacting patient care, participating in humanitarian efforts, a home office award or achieving outstanding work in Infinity Rehab’s clinical programs.

Following the awards ceremony, a celebration with dancing, a photo booth and a casino will end the evening.

The annual Symposium is one of the many ways Infinity Rehab supports professional development. This aligns directly with the company’s People Priority, a focus on encouraging employees to learn and grow in their careers and fostering a culture of trust between leadership and employees.

Derek Fenwick, Director of Professional Development at Infinity Rehab, leads the Symposium event to provide clinicians with the opportunity to network and build their clinical skills.

“Symposium brings many of our great clinicians together,” Fenwick said. “We come to celebrate, to meet new people, and most of all, to provide our clinicians with the skills they need to excel at their job.”

Infinity Rehab leaders encourage all their team members to attend Symposium and offer financial assistance to help offset travel costs. Employees can apply for a scholarship to earn a two-night hotel stay. In addition, all employees can take advantage of the Life-Long Learning Policy, where team members who travel over 30 miles can receive reimbursement.

Event registration is open to all. Visit http://bit.ly/2T8Al7V to find out more and register.
