Industry Leader Alex Radosevic Joins Other Luminaries at Real Estate Law and Business Forum Hosted by USC Gould School of Law in Los Angeles
LOS ANGELES, May 3, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Real estate thought-leader Alex Radosevic joined the Chair of the USC Board of Trustees and other special guests at the highly regarded law and business conference held recently in downtown Los Angeles. The annual event draws many of the nation’s leading experts, including Mr. Radosevic.
In addition to keynote speaker Rick Caruso, other nationally-noted industry luminaries were in attendance. Radosevic had an opportunity to caucus with Michael Rosenfeld, the founder and CEO of Woodridge Capital Partners and with Michael Hackman, who helms the aptly named Hackman Capital Partners.
All three leaders - Radosevic, Rosenfeld and Hackman play major roles in the real estate market in and around Los Angeles. Rosenfeld’s firm owns and develops a broad range of hotel, residential and commercial real estate properties throughout North America and is leading the redevelopment of the venerable Century Plaza Hotel in Century City, which rose to prominence as the election night home to President Ronald Reagan. The property also attracted well-known celebrity guests during its days as a Hyatt-branded hotel. Radosevic, too is known for his involvement within the hospitality sector and is currently focused on hotel development projects of his own or on behalf of his network of high net worth clients.
For his part, Hackman recently acquired CBS Television CIty for a reported 750 million dollars. The facility is currently home to various high profile television shows, including CBS’ own Late Late Show with James Corden. HBO also films at the property, including Real Time with Bill Maher, which airs Friday nights. Hackman’s firm is also leading the Culver Steps project and the redevelopment of Culver Studios, in an area that has enjoyed something of a renaissance over the past number of years.
“One of the things that I enjoy most is comparing notes with the handful of other national leaders in the industry but additionally, I also like interacting with those that are just beginning their careers,” adds Radosevic. “Although this event was geared largely towards those already in the industry, the fact that it was hosted by the USC Gould School of Law was important to me,” he continued.
The USC Gould School of Law conference, which focuses upon the confluence of law, business and real estate is now in its tenth year. The forum provides attendees with information about industry trends while also offering practical strategies and solutions relative to the challenges industry professionals face in today’s marketplace.
“I most definitely enjoy connecting with other industry-leading players,” Radosevic explained. “All of us are totally committed to not only the West LA market but additionally, throughout Southern California and beyond,” he concluded.
