Inauguration of a Command Center to Fight Crime

It is inaugurated by the President Calderon along with secretary of public security Genaro Garcia Luna. Its infrastructure is based on the prevention of crime, investigation and efficient reaction to any hazardous situation. This command center is integrated with the police station, victim attention center, orientation with human rights. With an area designed for federal prosecutors, zone of detention with high end security measurements for the prevention of crime and to make foolproof protection for the people of Mexico.
This command center is fully equipped with latest helicopters and docking areas, and training zones. The main reason for the installation of new equipment and training areas for shooting range tests is to fight the crime. President, Secretary of public security Garcia Luna and other cabinet members want to give a strong response to the criminals of Mexico. It will help in eliminating the organized crime from Mexico which was generating violence and terrorize in the population before this step was taken. President Calderon said that from the beginning his administration knew that the war against crime would be long and difficult. But after taking this daring step there is much fear among the cartels and criminals.
