Imperial Solutions, Inc.'s Director discussed two recent promotions and the firm's continuing expansion. He also detailed a giveback event and a team night his associates enjoyed.

“We promote a culture of advancement here at Imperial Solutions, Inc.,” reported Cody, the firm’s Director. “Our people know exactly what they need to achieve in order to earn promotions, and we recently elevated two of our high achievers to campaign management. Riley and Preston are the team members who received promotions, and I am confident that they will do very well in their new positions.”

Riley came to Imperial Solutions, Inc. as an intern, and he soaked up everything he could to take full advantage of the opportunity. Cody remarked, “Riley is currently in school studying physical therapy, and I know he is grateful for all the things he’s learning in our industry. He hopes to take the management techniques and leadership skills he learns with us into his own PT office someday.”

Preston advanced thanks to his positivity and can-do attitude. The Director commented, “Preston moved through our organization very quickly because when he puts his mind to something, he does it. He adapts very well to new responsibilities, and he works hard to get the most benefit out of every new challenge he accepts.”

Imperial Solutions, Inc.’s Associates Engage in Team Building Amid Further Growth

 

The Imperial Solutions, Inc. team becomes more united through travel events, and associates recently returned from a quarterly conference. Cody explained, “Our CEO personally worked with the top leader in our industry at this gathering, and he brought along campaign managers Preston, Amber, and Jason. It was an amazing opportunity for our top performers to build their networks and gain fresh perspectives on the value of the work they do on a daily basis.”

Imperial Solutions, Inc. associates also enjoyed a camaraderie-boosting Fourth of July. The Director concluded, “Our team got together for the big holiday, and we got to take in an awesome fireworks display at the Tin Cup Indiana baseball game. It was a memorable night for all of us, and I am confident that group outings like this one make our promotional specialists even stronger collaborators.”

Cody and the rest of the Imperial Solutions, Inc. leadership group recognize the wide-ranging benefits of supporting the community. “Our goal this quarter is to participate in more philanthropy events,” the Director added. “Our associates get to know each other at a deeper level by giving back to good causes, and overall team morale improves in the process. In the next few weeks, we will be giving over 100 pillows to a local organization, and we are exploring further giveback options as well.”
