HREA Purchases Soho Property on West Broadway

David Shorenstein, part of Hildreth Real Estate Advisors, recently announced the purchase of a new property in Soho. This is the latest acquisition made by Hildreth Real Estate Advisors (HREA), a company based in New York City.

HREA was founded in 2019 by David Shorenstein and Jason Breitstone, who both act as owners and operators of the company. Since its foundation, HREA has successfully purchased more than 50 properties, covering a broad range of asset classes, including retail, mixed-use, development sites, and multifamily buildings.

Currently, HREA is focusing heavily on acquiring New York City properties. Their goal is to leave a positive impact on the city's landscape. By concentrating on NYC, they can complete this goal while also making intelligent real estate decisions. Alongside investing in properties, HREA has purchased properties in New York, Los Angeles, and Florida.

HREA is looking to purchase new properties, with the eventual goal of expanding even further. This expansion now includes 424 W. Broadway in Soho. HREA, led by David Shorenstein, decided to purchase this mixed-use property for just over five million dollars.

424 W. Broadway consists of three floors and two office units. Below the offices is the main floor, which is currently occupied by Avitto. Avitto is a high-end made-in-Italy leather shoes & boots boutique. This fits the rest of the neighborhood, which offers bistros, restaurants, and other boutiques. HREA has no plans to alter the current arrangement, intending to keep the storefront and offices as part of the property. Additionally, the history and charm of the building will be left as is.
