Howard Alan Events Presents the 22nd Annual Downtown Stuart Art Festival

Over the years, this festival has established itself as one of the main art fairs in Martin County, just north of Palm Beach County in Stuart. The show is set up along Osceola Street in Stuart's historic downtown area.

Historic downtown Stuart welcomes back Martin County's premier art festival February 25 - 26, 2012. This two-day art affair features the finest artists in the country and a vast array of quality handmade art appealing to a variety of tastes and budgets. The artistic media represented include paintings, sculptures, photography, glass, wood, jewelry, collage and ceramics with prices ranging from $25 hand-designed earrings to $30,000 metal sculptures. A portion of the proceeds from the art festival benefits the Stuart Main Street programs. Admission is free and open to the public.Bring the entire family to this outdoor festival.

The artists will line Osceola Street with their gallery style display booths, transforming this popular shopping and dining destination into a first-class outdoor art exhibition. The show will go through downtown Stuart starting at Osceola and St. Lucie, down to Haney Circle and continues on Osceola to Denver Street and down to Detroit Street. All of the artists will be on-site for the duration of the show available to discuss their art, techniques and inspiration.

"Our jury process is very selective, this is how we ensure a diverse and eclectic mix of styles and media that appeal to a broad variety of art enthusiasts and collectors," says festival promoter Howard Alan. "There is truly something for everyone."

The artists, juried by an independent panel of expert judges, are hand-selected from hundreds of applicants based on quality and diversity. All of their artwork is original and handmade in America.
