Great Aloha Run
February 15, 2016
Runners find that Oahu offers some of the most gorgeous scenery, and that is one reason why the Great Aloha Run is so popular. More than 20,000 participants will take off from the finish line at Aloha Towers and then cross the finish line near Aloha Stadium. It takes about 4,000 volunteers to bring this Oahu event together, but it’s all for a good cause. More than $10 million has been raised over the race’s 31-year history. The money has gone to support many organizations like the Boys and Girls Club, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and Leeward Special Olympics. The race includes an elite division, age brackets, and a wheelchair division. Walkers are also welcome.

Those planning to attend these and other Oahu events can make reservations at Ambassador Hotel Waikiki by visiting the hotel’s website or by calling 808.941.7777.
