Hometown Urgent Care Now Offering Telemedicine

Providing 'at-home' health care needs to local residents and businesses
Hometown Urgent Care

Hometown Urgent Care, Ohio’s largest urgent care, is now offering telemedicine services throughout Ohio. Patients can now gain access to local Hometown doctors via the Hometown Telehealth App or through the Hometown website. Within minutes, Ohio residents will be able to see a doctor from the convenience of their own home, business or place of stay. Hometown Telehealth treats skin rashes, infections, cough, sore throat, UTIs and much more. Hometown Urgent Care centers remain open and available to treat all non-life threating conditions in a safe and sanitized environment with digital X-rays and EKG.

If patients prefer to use Hometown Telehealth services to speak with a doctor today, tomorrow or anytime in the future (from their own home or business), Hometown Urgent Care recommends that they download its app to be prepared prior to their online visit.

Hometown Telehealth accepts all insurances including, but not limited to, Medicare, Medicaid and Tricare. For those without insurance, there is a nominal one-time fee that gains patients access to a live telehealth conference call and treatment plan.

“Existing patients, new patients, businesses and more will now be able to access a Hometown Urgent Care doctor with a broader use of communication,” said Manoj Kumar, owner and CEO of Hometown Urgent Care. “This service will help ensure that families, high-risk populations, and our local communities still have access to affordable health care.”

As Ohio’s largest urgent care, Hometown Telehealth will offer local, in-state providers, all backed by the Hometown Guarantee. “If we can’t help you via Telehealth, we’ll credit your payment towards a visit at one of our 36 convenient locations,” said Kumar.
