Homestead Nursing & Rehabilitation of Baird Awarded Community Partner of the Year

On February 23, 2017, Homestead Nursing & Rehabilitation of Baird was presented with the Community Partner of the Year award at this year’s annual Chamber of Commerce Banquet.

Scott Davis, Administrator of Homestead Nursing & Rehab, said this was a great honor and he appreciated the recognition. “We really care about the community,” Davis said. “We feel like one big family. We all help each other out, support each other and lift each other higher. That is what I like most about living in Baird and what I like most about working with my team at Homestead Nursing & Rehab.”

Rachel Moss, Director of Nursing at the facility said she feels blessed to get to work with such good, philanthropic people. “It’s really nice to work with such a great team of individuals both in and out of the office,” she said. “We work well together in a professional setting and are also able to come together and do good work in the community as well. It isn’t often that happens.”

Homestead Nursing & Rehab of Baird plans to keep working with the community and always make time to lend a helping hand.
