Homestead Nursing & Rehab of Hillsboro Hires Roxsand Guerrero as New Administrator

Homestead Nursing & Rehab of Hillsboro is pleased to announce the recent hire of Roxsand Guerrero, who will be leading the nursing & rehabilitation facility as the new Administrator.  

Guerrero received her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and has over 11 years of experience in long-term care. Guerrero’s responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day aspects of running the facility. She will work directly with employees, residents, and the Hillsboro community to ensure that Homestead Nursing & Rehab of Hillsboro’s residents are receiving the care and attention they deserve.

When not at the facility, Guerrero can be found spending time with her husband and three children. She enjoys crocheting and being with her family.

Guerrero said she is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of every resident at the facility and she’s confident that Homestead Nursing & Rehab of Hillsboro will only continue to grow and improve. “I genuinely love what I do and I look forward to listening to the needs and desires of the residents to make their stay and quality of life the best it can possibly be.”
