Holly M. Perkins Joins Joseph, Hollander & Craft LLC

Online, September 17, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Kansas City attorney Holly M. Perkins has joined Joseph, Hollander & Craft LLC's Topeka/Lawrence offices as the firm expands its civil litigation and employment law practice in northeast Kansas. She has extensive background representing management in union relations and labor arbitrations, and advocates for large and small employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.

"Our civil litigation and employment law practice has grown dramatically and we are attracting clients from across the state," said Christopher M. Joseph, who heads the firm's Topeka/Lawrence offices. "Growth has been particularly explosive in the Topeka/Lawrence area, as well as in the Kansas City suburbs. Holly lives in Lawrence and has been practicing in Kansas City and Lawrence for the past five years. Perkins earned her bachelor's degree in finance at the University of Connecticut and her J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law. While attending law school, she participated in a Judicial Externship with The Honorable John Lungstrum of the U.S. District Court, District of Kansas. She is admitted to practice in Kansas state and federal courts, Missouri state courts, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.

Perkins serves on the board of directors for both the Shelter, Inc., of Lawrence, and the Lawrence Humane Society.
