Harper Pierce & Co. Participates in MS Walk

​​The leaders of Harper Pierce & Co. know that giving back to the community is a great way to build a stronger team. The firm’s President discussed the group’s participation in the MS Walk and its focus on enhancing team culture. 

“We’re serious about making the world a better place,” declared the President of Harper Pierce & Co. “There are so many good causes we have been honored to support over the years. Recently, our team took part in a fund-raising walk on behalf of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and we were proud to assist in the nonprofit’s mission of a world free from MS.”

The Walk MS: St. Louis 2017 event was held on April 1, and Harper Pierce & Co. associates helped raise money by walking for the entire day. In 2016, the event raised nearly $188,000 for critical services and research related to MS. The President hopes this year will result in even more money and awareness for the National MS Society. She explained, “This walk is our chance to make a difference in people’s lives and hopefully bring about a cure for MS. We’re already looking forward to next year’s walk and telling our friends and family that they can help, too.”

Generating resources for nonprofits such as the National MS Society is one of the best ways for a company like Harper Pierce & Co. to impact the world in a positive way. “We get the chance to accelerate revenue growth and increase exposure for a great cause,” she stated. “What makes the MS Walk even more enjoyable is the fact that we get to do it as a team.
