Hapkido Plus and Wounded Warriors Team Up!!
Hapkido Plus will be running the Tough Mudder course for the benefit of Wounded Warriors.
Online, August 16, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Hapkido Plus in Warrenton Missouri will be running the Tough Mudder obstacle course this September 2013. The Tough Mudder is a 10 mile course with military style obstacles with a portion of the proceeds going to the Wounded Warrior Project.
The Wounded Warrior Project mission is to honor and empower Wounded Warriors who incurred a physical or mental injury, illnesses, or wound, co-incident on their military service on or after September 11, 2001. The Tough Mudder obstacle course is touted as one of the most difficult courses in production today. With a team of 12, Hapkido Plus will be one of the first martial arts schools in this area to take on the course. We at Hapkido Plus are very happy with the opportunity to not only strengthen our martial arts family through teamwork, but to also be able to have a portion of these proceeds be donated to the people that have helped build the country that we enjoy today.
