The event included delectable treats exhibited strategically around the room, including fresh handmade sushi rolls, a dynamic blow torch station with mussels and flavorful Asian noodles served in classic Chinese take-out boxes. Hannibal's Catering open house allowed soon-to-be brides to mingles with vendors, enjoy the newly renovated Sterling ballroom and sample appetizing cuisine. Unique and mouth watering cake displays and samples were provided by Shelton's Wedding Cake Designs. The winner, Sadie Flood, was drawn at random on Monday, May 17, 2010 at the Hannibal's Catering & Events office.
