Hanglaatherium Launches Anthem "Dimpong Song" for Food Lovers

Kolkata, India, February 25, 2016 (Newswire.com) - If one thing that has made Hanglaatherium, one of Kolkata’s favourite food destination is “innovation”. Be it the healthy yet tasty biryani to their own creation the very popular Mutton Hanglaabari, the restaurant chain, always came out with different innovative concepts since its inception. Keeping with this trend, Hanglaatherium has released the Dimpong Song - The Hanglaatherium Anthem dedicated to all the foodies on its 4th anniversary.

"We started the restaurant with a passion to provide the best food at reasonable cost. None of us belonged to any form of business, what connected us was our passion for food and a zeal to do things differently. This passion kept us going for the last 4 years.” Said Avijit Majumdar a voluntary retired ex Railway Officer and Director of Hanglaatherium.

When we launched the soul-food corner, the idea came to our mind of launching an Anthem for all music lovers. And today, we are probably the only restaurant in the whole world that has an Anthem

 “When I was approached by Hanglaatherium to compose an anthem, I was a bit surprised. But their food kept inspiring me to create the Dimpong Song. The essence of the Anthem is not really to promote Hanglaatherium but to talk about all Bengalis and their love for the Mughlai Cuisine.” Said Onyo Kshetra, the lyricist and composer of the Dimpong Song. 

The Anthem was launched by Srabani Sen, Anindya Chatterjee and Music Composer Arindom Chatterjee. Also present was Upal Sengupta and Prashmita Paul who lend their voice in the song. The event was attended by RJ Roy, Eminent singers like Satadal Chatterjee, Kinjal Chattyopadhyay, Madhubanti Bagchi.       

Hanglaatherium started its journey 4 years back. In this period it has managed to etch its name in the mind of food lovers in Kolkata and beyond.
