Sulpice Chocolat will discuss the process of attending and graduating from The French Pastry School and share the ups and downs of developing their hand-painted gourmet chocolate bar line.
Online, January 10, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Sulpice Chocolat, www.sulpicechocolat.com, proudly announces its participation in the annual fundraising gala, For the Love of Chocolate, benefiting the scholarship foundation of The French Pastry School. The event will be held at the Merchandise Mart on February 5, 2011 and will feature desserts and confections from some of the area's best pastry chefs and chocolatiers. As one of the invited guests, Sulpice Chocolat will display and offer a sampling of their hand-painted gourmet chocolate bars.
Among the many participants in this year's gala are celebrity chefs Rick Bayless chef/owner of Xoco, Frontera Grill and Topolobampo; and Graham Elliot Bowles chef/owner of Graham Elliot and judge on the television show, MasterChef.
"I was thrilled when Chef Jacquy Pfieffer invited Sulpice Chocolat to participate in the gala. For the Love of Chocolate is a wonderful event that raises funds for students that may not otherwise be able to attend [The French Pastry School]" says Sulpice Chocolat founder and FPS alum Anne Palermo.
