Hamper Company's Bid To Improve Their Service By Opening Up For Public Review

Virginia Hayward Ltd has taken the brave step of showing independent customer reviews on their website in a bid to improve their service.

Customers that buy their Christmas hampers through www.virginiahayward.com or over the phone are being given the opportunity to give feedback on what they thought of the products and the service they received.

"We are embracing customer reviews to find out what our customers think of our products and to see how we can make improvements to our customer service," says Alex Walker, Marketing Manager. "We want to listen to our customers and get their views so we can be the best that we possibly can be."

Seeing real customer reviews on a site gives customers confidence that a company cares about its products and services and shows that the company is willing to be open about quality of their products and services. Issues can be immediately brought to the businesses attention and dealt with promptly. This allows people to see how a company resolves issues.

It also gives a voice to customers you wouldn't normally hear from - those that were happy with the product or service but have minor suggestions that would just make the experience that little bit better. These are the people that wouldn't normally give feedback, yet it is their feedback that can push the quality of service up from good to excellent.

"We are pleased that are products have received a 100% rating so far and hope that we can continue to improve." says Alex.

The Virginia Hayward range of Christmas hampers is currently available for sale on the company's website with the majority of items available for delivery until the 22nd December 2010.
