LOVELAND, Colo., September 8, 2017 (Newswire.com) - In response to Hurricane Harvey, Hach Company is supporting those impacted by the recent storm through a variety of initiatives.
To help customers whose water treatment facilities and equipment have been affected, a comprehensive Emergency Information Center has been created and can be accessed at www.hach.com/harvey and will be updated on an ongoing basis.
Customers can call 1-800-227-4224 to speak with live customer support agents. Hach is committed to helping customers get up and running as quickly as possible to restore water and wastewater services. All storm-related questions, orders and service requests will be given priority status.
Hach has proactively communicated with customers in states impacted by Harvey. Email messages were sent encouraging them to contact Hach with any questions or challenges related to their facilities. Regular updates will also be posted on social media channels letting customers know how Hach can help them with their facilities and equipment in the storm’s aftermath.
Several thousand dollars from Hach and Danaher associates has been donated to the American Red Cross and Hach encourages those interested to donate, given the severity of the need in the region.
