The Relevancy Group studied agencies over a period of four months to shed light on which agencies provide services that improve the return on investment of current email marketing technologies. They assessed elements including client satisfaction, platform expertise, services expertise in tenure, and the agency’s response to a challenge to create a communications plan for a non-profit foundation.
