​​Strategy execution firm Gagen MacDonald recently added Karen Bundy as a senior consultant to serve clients in the areas of business transformation and culture. With more than 17 years of experience across the human resources domain, Bundy will help build and support the firm's rapid growth in the organizational change space.

Prior to joining Gagen MacDonald, Bundy was a senior member of Mercer's change management business and the global M&A culture practice lead. She brings multi-industry experience in providing strategic guidance — from business and cultural alignment, key stakeholder engagement, and decision making to communications, administration, and governance — on the various organizational, operational, and human capital components required to achieve business outcomes. She holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Spanish from the University of Kansas and earned her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School Of Business.
