Online, April 8, 2012 (Newswire.com) - G.S. Gelato has recently been accredited as an SQF 2000 Level 3 supplier from the Safe Quality Food (SQF) Institute Program. G.S. Gelato is currently the only gelato manufacturer in the United States to have an SQF 2000 Level 3 certification, and one of only 40 US manufacturers in the ice cream and frozen yogurt industry to receive the certification.
SQF is a quality and safety program which is recognized globally and ensures that suppliers maintain the highest quality standards in the world.
