G.J. Gardner Homes Construction Franchise Furthers Their Footprint in the Texas Market
SAN ANTONIO, August 22, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Award- winning international home building franchise G.J. Gardner Homes is showing no signs of slowing its U.S. expansion, announcing today that it has successfully secured another office location in the Texas market. Just north of San Antonio, Jason Konieczny has taken on the "Boerne" area as the franchise owner and is looking forward to working with his team to build out beautiful homes with a great customer experience.
"This is an exciting time for our family, to have joined G.J. Gardner Homes and have a proven system in place, the resources of a large builder and yet remain your hometown builder. This enables us to build quality custom homes more affordably. We can now build a quality custom home for a larger demographic that would otherwise not be able to obtain the dream of a custom-built home." - Jason Konieczny
To develop and support a network that will allow G.J. Gardner Homes customers to fulfill their dream and receive quality and value, while still providing a friendly professional service above expectation, thus providing security for the group and our clients by developing a customer for life.

Overall, Jason and Joy have lived in the Boerne area for several years and look forward to now being able to take part in all the amazing events the town they love so much has to offer, but now from the perspective of a small business owner where they feel they can help aid the needs of the community that has given them so much.
