Futurist Jack Uldrich to Address the Future of Pharmaceuticals

Best selling author and global futurist Jack Uldrich will keynote an engagement for a major pharmaceutical firm in New York City on June 2nd.

Chosen for his engaging style and informative views on health care, Jack Uldrich has been selected as keynote speaker for a major pharmaceutical firm in New York today. He will deliver his keynote: "Don't Stop Thinking About Tomorrow."

Uldrich has delivered presentations to the American Medical Association, Blue Cross Blue Shield, American Academies of Audiology and Neurology, Alcetel-Lucent/Verizon Forum on Wireless Healthcare, United Healthcare, IASIS Healthcare, Allina Hospitals, The Healthcare Trustees of New York, St. Jude Medical, and healthcare associations throughout the U.S.

Today's presentation for the firm's senior leadership, is based on his two most recent books, "Foresight 20/20: A Futurist Explores the Trends Transforming Tomorrow" and "Higher Unlearning: 39 Post Requisite Lessons for Achieving a Successful Future" as well as his popular article, "Top Ten Trends in Healthcare." Uldrich will discuss how continued advances in information technologies, biotechnology, nanotechnology, robotics, radio frequency identification (RFID) technology, genomics, regenerative medicine, Artificial Intelligence, social networking and "Big Data" will radically transform the healthcare industry in the decade ahead.

Throughout the speech Uldrich will also focus on why these trends will demand unlearning and discuss why participants must embrace the concept of unlearning in order to achieve future success. In addition to focusing on unlearning, Uldrich aims to "help the client learn how to better discern 'the signals' of tomorrow from 'the noise.'" He will conclude by reviewing specific habits, customs, beliefs and ideas that pharmaceutical professionals can—and must—unlearn. His goal is to ensure his message of unlearning remains with his audience in the pharmaceuticals industry for years to come.

Uldrich also addresses a number of major, non-healthcare-related corporations on the topic of unlearning including PepsiCo, Cisco, IBM, ABB, WiPro, Guardian Life Insurance and General Electric, among others. Parties interested in his writing and speaking can find more information on his website.
