The 2015/2016 Best in KLAS rankings were determined by the average scores of sixteen separate survey questions grouped under four categories: Sales and Contracting, Implementation and Training, Service and Support, and General. The General category addressed topics such as Real Problem Resolution, Overall Communications, Likely to Recommend, Overall Satisfaction, and Ranked as Client’s Best Vendor.
