The Soul of Yoga has put together another fun Soul Sampler on  Sunday, February 22nd.  It will be a morning filled with Music, Yoga, Soul Talk, Pot luck, Friendship and Fun! Class offerings include all family members of all ages! Enjoy this special time with the Soul of Yoga Community, meet their staff and teachers, and sample 10 of our weekly classes  

I want to thank the Soul of Yoga for the great morning we had at The Soul Sampler. The whole family enjoyed it. My husband had never tried yoga, and now he wants to go to a class together.

Classes offered: Sacred Movement Hatha Yoga, Kundalini, Yinyasa, Soft & Gentle, Prenatal, and Group Meditation. (Over 60 classes a week held at the Soul of Yoga, so come and try a few complimentary!)

What to bring? A mat, towel or blanket, and a dish to share if you like!

• 945-10:20 – Yinyasa with Flossie Park
• 9:45-10:20 - Group Meditation with Pete Kirchmer
• 10:00-10:35 - Prenatal with Amanda James
• 11-12 - Soul Talk with Tom and Trisha Kelly 
• 12:15 -2pm Pot luck, Community Gathering and Raffle
