Foxburrow Grange Rated as "Good" by the Care Quality Commission

Outlook Care are delighted to announce that Foxburrow Grange, our specialist nursing and dementia care home in Colchester has been awarded a ‘Good’ rating by the Care Quality Commission following an unannounced inspection in February 2015. It was rated as good in all five categories;

The report said; "We found staff were kind and caring and treated people with dignity and respect. There were good quality monitoring systems in place that were carried out on a regular basis. We saw that, where issues had been identified, the home had systems in place to ensure appropriate learning could take place."
