Fountainhead Commercial Capital recently announced it financed the purchase and renovations of an office condo in the Palm Beach Professional Center for $252,000.  JEL Enterprises Inc., a provider of insurance and retirement solutions under the brand name United Retirement Solutions, purchased the property in order to expand its operations.
