For Second Year — Church Mutual Insurance Company's Foundation to Offer 50 $5,000 Scholarships
MERRILL, Wis., January 5, 2018 (Newswire.com) - CM CARES, the Church Mutual Insurance Company Foundation, is pleased to announce that it is now accepting applications for its second annual Religious Scholarship Program, offering up to $250,000 in scholarships to graduate and doctoral students who are committed to a career in ministry.
The CM CARES Religious Scholarship Program, introduced last year, is open to students across the country. Scholars who wish to apply must be enrolled full-time in an advanced degree program in theology, ministry or other field of religious study at an accredited theological seminary, college or university during the 2018-19 academic year. Students of all faiths are encouraged to apply before the April 14, 2018, deadline. Up to 50 winners will be announced in June 2018. Each winner will receive a $5,000 scholarship that can be used to help pay for tuition, fees, books and other education costs.
