For Local Sacramento Award Winning Moving Company Owner, Mark Snyir, of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® it was a good BCS year.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Owners, Mark Snyir and Gordon Shaffer, discuss this year's proud showing the Big 10 showed in the Bowl Games.

Sacramento, CA. The Big 10 is week, it's soft. They lack depth and play easy non-conference games. These are the things that fans of the Big 10 conference have been hearing for the past few years. The fact that Ohio State couldn't win the National Championship and Penn State got handed a bad loss to the hands of an USC team last year just added fuel to the fire to critics of the Big 10 Football Conference.

This year the top Big 10 teams turned that fortune around, and made local Sacramento TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Owner, Mark Snyir and Gordon Shaffer of the Las Vegas TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® happy.

"It was a great showing by all the top Big 10 teams this year" a pleased Mark Snyir says.

Mark Snyir, who co-owns 3 TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® locations with Chad Arnold in the Sacramento area, is no stranger to Penn State Athletics. Back in 1993, while making the basketball team as a walk on, Mark Snyir was placed in the starting lineup for a series of games because of injuries, at the Penn State McKeesport Branch.

"Ever since college, I have followed Penn State Athletics as much as I could, which is sometimes hard, being I'm from Pittsburgh, and you'll find quite a few Pitt fans hanging around. I was able to go to last years' Rose Bowl, and sat in the Penn State student section. It was a disappointing loss" says Snyir.

Shaffer, who runs the Las Vegas TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, is originally from Ohio and is a staunch supporter of Ohio State.

"Mark and I watched the Ohio State and Penn State game together in Hawaii this year. We felt that the winner of that game had the best possibility to play in the Rose Bowl. Tensions rose during the game, but when all is said and done, we're friends at the end of the day" Shaffer claims.

The Big 10 had wins from it's best teams this year (Ohio State, Penn State, Iowa and Wisconsin).

While both fans agree that Northwestern and Minnesota losses were tough, none were as tough as watching Michigan State not hold up to its end of the bargain by being a part of the Big 10.
"We know many people that cheer for Michigan State, and we can't understand why, when they disappoint so frequently." Shaffer says, while Snyir agrees by phone.
