FlightWorks Expands Its Fleet, Sales Offices and Footprint in Western U.S. Region

FlightWorks continues trajectory of growth, despite economic climate.

Kennesaw, GA - FlightWorks is expanding its borders and strengthening its presence in the Western U.S. region with the opening of a new sales office in Boise, Idaho. FlightWorks is also enlarging its fleet with the addition of a Cessna Citation VII based at Boise Airport, Cessna Citation II based at Centennial Airport in Denver, and Cessna Citation Bravo and Cessna Citation V Ultra based at Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport in Broomfield, Colorado.

FlightWorks acquisition of Mountain Aviation in 2007, headquartered in Broomfield, paved the way for the company's current strategic growth in the Western U.S. region. FlightWorks and Mountain Aviation, which operate under separate FAR 135 certificates, provide clients with high quality local oversight and aircraft management, charter and maintenance services. Both companies are known for unsurpassed safety records and service excellence. Together the companies maintain some of the industry's most prestigious accreditations such as Aviation Research Group/U.S., Inc. Platinum rating, The Wyvern Operating Standards™, Department of Defense approval and numerous National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) safety accomplishments.

Despite the recent economic challenges that have plagued the aviation industry, FlightWorks and Mountain Aviation have remained strong, viable companies throughout the recession. With a combined fleet approaching 50 aircraft, the FlightWorks / Mountain Aviation team offers significant economies of scale on expenditures such as fuel, insurance, training and aircraft maintenance.

"The leadership teams at FlightWorks and Mountain Aviation recognized the potential benefits of combining the best regional aircraft management and charter operators in North America to offer significant national reach while maintaining the same local 'touch' both organizations are known for," said Daniel Lucey, president and chief operating officer for FlightWorks. "The harmony between the corporate cultures and priorities of each company is astounding."

The FlightWorks / Mountain Aviation fleet is available for charter in Atlanta, Boise, Denver, Fort Collins, Jacksonville, Knoxville, Nashville, Santa Barbara, Savannah, Tulsa and Washington D.C. For more information, visit www.flightworks.com and www.mountainaviation.com.
