Five Sparrows, LLC Announces New Online Videos for Clients

Five Sparrows, LLC is pleased to announce the launch of its new online video library that provides step-by-step demos and instruction for a variety of topics significant to clients today.

The video library contains instructional videos on everything from updating social media profiles and creating e-newsletters to checking website stats and using the Content Management System to make in-house website updates.

"These videos make it easy for our clients to learn how to manage many areas of their own websites, and use the various marketing tools and technology that we provide to them as part of our services," said Lauren Hobson, President of Five Sparrows. "Clients can watch the videos to instantly gain knowledge that in the past had been provided through on-site training classes or conference calls. This was not only time consuming for everyone, but was also a one-time experience. With videos, clients can watch the demos as much as they want, and learn as many topics as they want, all from the comfort of their desktops."

Video topics include using the Content Management System (CMS), creating do-it-yourself e-newsletters, viewing and analyzing website statistics, setting up email accounts, creating website backup files, updating social networking profiles, and making social networking updates using a Communications Channel Manager. Additional videos are being created on a regular basis, and Five Sparrows will also create new videos based on client requests as well.

"The new video library is part of our ongoing initiative to enhance our newly re-designed website with interactive, multi-media resources focused on benefits to users," said Hobson. We are focused on providing quality content like video training, online marketing seminars, downloadable whitepapers and presentations, and web-based marketing resources that are delivered to users in the way that best matches how they like to work and/or learn."

Videos in the library are typically two to six minutes long, making it easy to learn a single topic or task quickly. Several videos are multi-part, so clients can build on their knowledge of a topic one segment at a time. Videos are created as live demonstrations with voice-over narration, so users can both see and hear the step-by-step instructions for a more complete learning experience.
