Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Representative to Speak at Event

MIAMI, FL - April 21, 2011 - The ACAMS South Florida Chapter will be hosting its next learning event, "Blueprint for a Compliant AML Program." A panel of representatives from FINRA, the SEC, and Chief Compliance Officer of a leading Broker Deal

You will gain valuable insight into how to develop a customer due diligence program and best practices on how to avoid making regulatory mistakes. A special focus will be placed on the examination procedures and what to expect during the course of the examination. In addition, there will be a special discussion on policies, procedures, and detection of red flags. There will also be a discussion of recent enforcement actions.

This event will be held at the Wells Fargo Building 200 Biscayne Blvd. in Downtown Miami on May12, 2011 from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. It will be open to all ACAMS South Florida Chapter (Chapter) members and invited guests.
