Fashion Furniture Rental Names David D. Brackett as New CEO

SAN DIEGO, April 7, 2016 (Newswire.com) - ​​Fashion Furniture Rental, Inc., a leading rental furniture company offering innovative solutions for residential, commercial, and home staging furniture rental applications in all California markets, announced today the hiring of David D. Brackett as their Chief Executive Officer. He will be based in their San Diego office.

In his new position, Brackett will lead a trusted and well tenured team, overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations. According to Brackett, his goal as the C.E.O. is to maximize the firm’s growth potential by utilizing their existing resources, including it’s outstanding and well known team of sales, service, and administrative professionals, while also implementing institutional management philosophies and practices he has utilized throughout his career.

Prior to joining Fashion Furniture Rental, Brackett served as Senior Vice President at The Irvine Company, where he oversaw a portfolio of over 38,000 apartments. Previous to that position, Dave was the Executive Vice President at Archstone, a former multifamily real estate investment trust, where he oversaw operations for the western half of the U.S. He has also held leadership positions at StarPoint Properties, Oakwood Worldwide, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Brackett graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He holds a California B.R.E. Brokers’ license, is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC), the National Apartment Association (NAA), and the California Apartment Association (CAA).
