The Patent Pending EZ Strap for Sandals was invented by Natia Sampson of Las Vegas, NV, who said, “The EZ Strap for Sandals is manufactured primarily of lightweight and flexible plastic material with metal components. It is comprised of an elongated, rectangular shaped strap, on either end of which a smaller, rectangular fastener is perpendicularly attached. The strap is infused with stretchy elastic material to expand or contract to fit various sized feet, with the actual fasteners used to adjust the positioning of the strap on the shoe. It is offered in widths of ¼ inch to ½ inch. The rectangular fasteners located on either end of the heel strap feature a set of three, small corresponding snap fasteners at either end, thus enabling the user to wrap the fastener about the toe strap of the shoe and easily secure the device in place on the footwear. An alternate version of these fasteners can feature self-affixing Velcro® to secure the device in place.”
