A graduate of Randolph-Macon College with a Bachelor's Degree in economics, Matt has worked for the company for 14 years in various departments, after previously spending two years in the travel and tourism industry in Vail, Colorado. He is the former Chair of the Board of Howard County Tourism and currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Howard County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
Matt is replacing his father, Ronald Eyre, who served as President for 20 years. The leadership transition occurred over a two-year period that culminated in this week's announcement. The senior Eyre will continue in his role as Chairman and CEO of the company.
