After its grand success in the U.S., the Chief Learning Officer Exchange arrives in Canada for the first time bringing together 40 of the top Heads of L&D from Canada’s most reputable companies. These executives will come together for three days of networking, learning and collaboration on the topic of Evolving L&D to Fuel Innovation and Drive Business Growth.

This presentation will highlight Cirque de Soleil’s unbeatable recipe for success in leveraging high-potential talent to deliver unparalleled results in his Day 2 Keynote, High Performing Teams: Celebrating Human Potential to Promote Collaboration, Creativity, and Innovation at Cirque du Soleil.

Dess Wood, Head of Talent from Cineplex will join Mike Heenan, VP Strategy, Communications and Organizational Effectiveness, St Joseph’s Hospital of Toronto, for thought-provoking roundtable discussions around Championing Women in Senior Leadership Roles: Gender Diversity Strategies and Upscaling High-Potential Leaders with Agility to Enhance Organizational Performance. This Day 3 activity will give executives the opportunity to engage in strategic conversations and peer-to-peer networking.

Sandra Baglione, Head P&CB Learning & Development, Royal Bank of Canada, will also be discussing how to establish L&D as an innovation hub focused on employee experience. Her session on The Architects of Experience: Innovating L&D at the Speed of Business, will be on Day 2.
