The new conditions state that the customer has seven days from product receipt to review the printer for any missing, damaged or defective issues. If an irregularity is discovered in this timeframe, the customer is asked to contact the ID card distributor for a solution in replacement or repair.
Manufacturer warranties provide for replacement or repair of any manufacturing or functioning defect during the manufacturer warranty period. The customer who feels that they have a printer with a defect is required to provide a copy of their purchase invoice as well as proof of maintenace recommendations that have been followed.
Prior to requesting compensation from Evolis by reimbursement or repair, the customer needs to become familiar with the terms and procedures Evolis has set form for validating a warranty claim. Evolis may choose to repair the printer. They have the option to have the repair completed by a third party or by the customer in the field.

Three years from the date of purchase is the timeframe for the Pebble4 warranty. The printer must be cleanined every 1200 cards, while the maximum card print is unlimited.
The manufacturer Dualys3 warranty is 3 years from purchase. Cards can be printed in an unlimited number and the printer must be cleaned every 1200 cards.
The Evolis Quantum printer manufacturer warranty is 1 year. The printer must be cleaned every 1600 cards and a maximum of 500,000 cards can be printed under warranty.
The Securion printer Evolis warranty is 2 years from purchase date. 100,000 cards can be printed under this listed warranty while the printer must be cleaned every 1000 cards.
