Everest Mechanical Completes the Acquisition of Bears Family Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling
ESTES PARK, Colo., August 26, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Everest Mechanical LLC (Everest), is pleased to announce the acquisition of Bears Family Plumbing Heating and Cooling (Bears) owned by Michael Bears. Bears is a reputed HVAC and Plumbing business based in Loveland, CO. The business focus is predominantly on residential clients in the areas of service, remodel and new construction.
This is the second acquisition by Everest, the first being the purchase of Associated Real Estate Services in Estes Park, CO in February 2019.
Everest is 100% owned subsidiary of Spiritlake Holdings Inc. (Spiritlake), a company owned by Rahul Kumar, Kartik Bhandari and Mani Agrawal, professionals with varied global business experience, in finance, management and consulting.
Bears was founded in 2015 by Michael Bears and has been specializing in HVAC and plumbing services in the Greater Loveland region. The company has a strong reputation as a trustworthy and professional service provider to its clients.
