Eurotunnel Le Shuttle was delighted to be part of this year's Paws in the Park, the largest outside dog show of its kind held in the UK.

The event took place on 17th and 18th September at the Kent Showground, Detling, and attracted over 16,000 visitors and their four-legged friends, more than ever before.

Eurotunnel Le Shuttle provided the prize for this year's 'My Dog's got Talent', This year's winner was thirteen year-old Tierney Hill from Rayleigh in Essex, and her chocolate Labrador, Missy. With an intricate three minute display of doggy dancing that included Missy weaving between her owner's strides, jumping through her arms, and a variety of twists and spins, Tierney won a Eurotunnel Le Shuttle FlexiPlus Short break ticket to travel across to France.

Tierney, said of her triumphant win, "I was so pleased that Missy won the competition. She deserved it as she has been working so hard during her training. She really seemed to enjoy herself! We are really excited about travelling to France together."

Eurotunnel Le Shuttle's Senior Product Manager, Deborah Elliott, said, "We were pleased to be part of such an exciting show and to be able to share our expertise on European pet travel with visitors to the stand". It was good to be able to give advice to pet owners on how easy it is to take their dog, cat or ferret abroad, and, with the rules changing in January [2012], explaining how easy it will be to give their pet a well-deserved a holiday."
