Eqlipse Announces New Senior Vice President of Integration and Operations, Terri Walker-Spoonhour
HERNDON, Va., September 26, 2023 (Newswire.com) - Eqlipse Technologies, a leading provider of discriminating products and high‑end engineering solutions to the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC), today announced that Terri Walker-Spoonhour has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Integration and Operations. In this new role, Walker-Spoonhour will lead the Eqlipse Integration Management Office (IMO) for current and future acquisitions, while driving program operations efficiencies to maintain flawless program execution.

Walker-Spoonhour was Senior Vice President of Operations for Alion Science & Technology’s defense services and products enterprise to include integrated live, virtual, and constructive (LVC), cyber, electronic warfare (EW), and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR). Following the acquisition of Alion by Huntington Ingalls in August of 2021, she became Chief Operating Officer of the Technical Solutions Division for the company, focused on the integration of the former Alion portfolio and performance of the division. She has also held high-level leadership roles at QinetQ North America and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC).
Eqlipse, an Arlington Capital Partners portfolio company, was formed in March 2023, with more than 600 employees across three primary locations – Herndon, Virginia; Annapolis Junction, Maryland; and Dayton, Ohio. Recently, the company opened a 10,000-square-foot facility in Herndon, and a 31,000-square-foot facility in Annapolis Junction to consolidate its workforce into state-of-the-art facilities as part of its integration efforts.
