Envirochem is pleased to announce the expansion of  its facilities and provided services. This includes the investment in a new building within "The Gardens".

The new facilities will allow for a specially designed chemical analysis laboratory and a fully equipped brand new microbiological analysis laboratory.

  •  Envirochem's Bristol Office -  New Regional Manager

Envirochem is pleased to announce a New Regional Manager for the Bristol office. Due to the continuous growth of customer demands for Envirochem's integrated services, it was seeing an exponential growth in the requirement for laboratory services. Thus,   this position has been fulfilled with an experienced professional with a great background in the Asbestos industry. 

  • Envirochem Marine Services

Envirochem is now offering a wide range of services for the marine industry.

1. Asbestos sampling and analysis

Envirochem offers a comprehensive asbestos sampling and analysis service for the marine industry which draws upon the extensive experience of our surveyors and analysts.

Samples are analysed offshore in our UKAS accredited laboratories all in accordance with HSG 248. Samples can be delivered to our laboratory, or collected by our analysts. Our services are quoted on an individual basis and an Asbestos Fibre Identification certificate is produced for each batch of samples analysed, which is available most commonly in PDF format via email.

2. Chemical testing analysis

Envirochem offers a wide range of chemical testing and analysis services for the marine industry, where sensitivity is required in understanding the composition and nature of various substances.

All  services are tailored to client's real and true needs, and Envirochem's mobile analytical team are available for large scale, routine and individual investigative works.

3. Legionella testing

The bacterium legionella pneumophila and related bacteria may be found in purpose-built water systems such as cooling towers, evaporative condensers, hot and cold water systems and spa pools.

Is water safe enough to be consumed by humans or used with low risk of immediate or long-term harm?

4. Water testing services

Pools and SPAs Infectious agents can be easily introduced to a spa pool via bathers, from dirt entering the pool or from the water source itself. Once in the spa pool, conditions often exist for these infectious agents to grow and proliferate.
