English Trackers Launches Chinese-Language Version Of Its Online English Site

English Trackers, which provides expert English-language editing, has launched a Chinese-language version of its editing website. Chinese clients can now access all the company's online services in Mandarin and can choose to pay in Chinese yuan.

The company's British founder Bridget Rooth believes the Chinese market for quality English-language editing has huge potential for growth. She says offering a Chinese-language interface on the website, which allows clients to upload jobs directly to the company, will make the overall customer experience smoother for its growing number of Chinese clients.

"As China moves up the value chain, Chinese firms will find themselves forced to provide their tender documents, contracts, promotional materials and other documents in top quality English if they wish to compete on the global market. This is where I hope they will turn to English Trackers," said Rooth.

English Trackers already has an impressive list of Chinese clients, whose work is now handled directly through the company's website using the Chinese interface.

The first Chinese client to use the service uploaded an English version of a well-known Qing dynasty tale from "Strange tales from a Chinese studio" to be sold in book form to Apple iPad users. The text was then corrected and proofread by our editors, who are all experienced writing professionals, and returned to the client.

Chinese online consumers are accustomed to having live help via Chinese instant messaging platforms and English Trackers has Chinese staff available during office hours to respond to its Chinese clientele's queries by skype.

To celebrate the launch of the Chinese version, English Trackers is offering a promotional price for customers using its Economy Track editing service. This service gives customers access to its professional native English-speaking editors for a fraction of the Regular Track price.
