Ella Fitzgerald's 100th Birthday Tribute Concert Tour

New York, NY, April 13, 2017 (Newswire.com) - April 25, 2017 will mark the 100th birthday of jazz songstress Ella Fitzgerald who was a highly accomplished jazz vocalist  known as The First Lady of Song. She received her start at the Apollo Theater in Harlem, NY in 1934 during a weekly competition held at the iconic theater. 

A'LA ELLA! is a world concert tour celebrating the life and works of Ella Fitzgerald singing the the Great America Songbook.  international Jazz vocalist, recording artist and The Recording Academy (GRAMMY) member, Yvette Norwood-Tiger and her Highly Acclaimed Jazz Band will tour with A'LA ELLA! throughout North America and Europe including stops in Florida, New Jersey, New York, London England (Royal Albert Hall), Berlin, and Brussels.   A'LA ELLA! will be at the Metropolitan Room, 34 W. 22nd St., New York, NY., April 18, 2017, 7:00-8:30 p.m.  The event website is www.ellafitzgeraldtribute.com.
