Eldrick Alexander Rejoins VMI Architecture As A Project Manager

Online, September 3, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Eldrick Alexander has rejoined VMI Architecture, Inc. as Project Manager.

As one of the first employees of the firm in 1998, Mr. Alexander grew with the firm from it's infancy to the established practice it is today.

Eldrick Alexander has returned to VMI Architecture, Inc. as a Project Manager.

Mr. Alexander originally became a member of the VMI Architecture family in October of 1998 where he took on progressively more complex projects. After a short hiatus working with another Bay Area Firm, Mr. Alexander has returned to VMI as of August 2010. For the present, he will be focused on managing many of the firm's restaurant projects for their national restaurant clientele. Moreover, as the economy recovers, the firm plans to have him manage a broad range of project types.

Joining VMI as a CAD Drafter, Mr. Alexander quickly progressed to become a CAD Manager and then a Project Manager. During his career he has completed many types of projects, including commercial restaurants, speculative commercial buildings, residential remodels, vocational schools and medical, dental and veterinary buildings. During his hiatus, Mr. Alexander also became experienced with projects requiring review by the Division of the State Architect and designed projects completed by such notable clients as the University of California, Berkeley.

Mr. Alexander earned his Bachelor's Degree in Architecture & Planning in 1996 from Howard University in Washington D.C. Having completed the NCARB Intern Development Program in 2005, he is currently sitting for the California Architectural Registration Exams.
