Dynasty Consulting Ready for a Successful Q1 in 2016

Leaders at Dynasty Consulting are focused on making the first quarter of 2016 as productive and profitable as possible through quality hiring practices, training, and team building.

“When it comes to succeeding in business, or life in general, you must have goals,” said Vince, Dynasty Consulting’s Director of Operations. “Everyone and everything has to keep growing just to stay relevant. If you think about all the changes that have taken place in the world in the last 10 years alone, you’ll realize how dangerous complacency is.”

With that in mind, Vince and the Dynasty Consulting management team are looking forward to implementing the strategies they’ve developed for 2016, beginning in the first quarter. Objectives have been put in place that impact hiring practices, team-building tactics, and productivity enhancement.

"This is ground-breaking research with dramatic implications on the workplace,"

Vince , Director of Operations

According to Vince, waiting for the New Year to start making goals is just not good enough. “When it comes to setting targets for yourself or your business, earlier is better. If you wait until 2016 to set goals for 2016, you’re not acting – you’re reacting. While you have to be somewhat flexible to adjust for market changes, a plan should be in place before the New Year begins,” Vince declared.

Dynasty Consulting’s Director Shares Research on How to Improve Productivity Through Purpose

Vince and the Dynasty Consulting leaders are firm believers in research, and have based many of their goals on studies of workplace performance. The most compelling studies have found that it’s purpose, not money or promotions, which motivates workers most.

“This is ground-breaking research with dramatic implications on the workplace,” Vince elaborated. “When hiring, for example, it means that trying to entice high performers is the wrong strategy. What we need to find are people who are internally motivated by the type of work we do. Obviously salary and upward mobility are important, but they’re not what are most important. Finding out what gets people out of bed in the morning and what they want out of their careers will provide them with more enthusiasm than extrinsic goals.”

Of course, once these people have been identified, the next step is to make sure there is a culture in place that supports purpose-driven people. This is where team-building and training strategies are crucial. Dynasty Consulting’s leadership uses both formal classroom and one-to-one training methods to not only share knowledge with new marketers, but also to promote their ideals of continual learning and out-of-the-box thinking.

Management also sponsors several team-building events, ranging from bowling nights to all-expenses-paid trips for those who qualify. This ensures that principles of solidarity and mutual support are communicated to everyone in the organization. “The research that discusses the power of purpose comes with a caveat – the company culture must support the purpose-driven mindset. It takes some effort, but the other Dynasty Consulting leaders and I are convinced the extra steps will be worthwhile.”
