Dulce Cafe, an International Cafe Chain From South Africa Enters India via Master Franchise Route With ITPL Hospitality Ventures.
Delhi, India, October 28, 2015 (Newswire.com) - South African cafe restaurant chain Dulce is all set to make its India debut soon, it was officially announced here today by company officials. "ITPL Hospitality Ventures plans to open over 40 Dulce outlets all across India in the next few years. This will be in the mix of company developed & sub-franchised outlets" the statement said. Dulce seeks to differentiate itself by offering a casual dining experience along with the traditional coffee house. Dulce offers a full service cafe restaurant format along with a on the go cafe format and a kiosk drive thru format. Globally, Dulce's has over 60 restaurants across various countries, including its home market, the statement said. In India, Dulce's will introduce a new menu, new restaurant designs and new approaches to customer service. "We've been working on the concept with the Dulce's team for some time now" ITPL Hospitality Venture's Managing Director Akhil Backliwal said in the statement. The India menu is customised to be "beef-free" and will offer a wide range of vegetarian options as well along with variety of desserts, the statement said.
